The commitment to sustainability in the wine sector is nowadays furtherly confirmed by the many wineries approaching specific certifiable management models, which integrate several reporting tools, including the so-called Sustainability Report. Italy, one of the most active countries on this field, has recently acquired a national public standard, continuing its march as a world reference. As part of the second international convention organized by Equalitas, the leading program for the certification of sustainability in the wine sector, a discussion involving producers, academics and representatives of trade business and institutions will be proposed over the meaning and value of the Sustainability Report.
