On February the 5th, Equalitas takes part in “The days of sustainability”. Director Stefano Stefanucci speaks about sustainability in the wine sector. Full program available (in Italian).
The Interdepartmental Center for Research in Viticulture and Oenology (CIRVE) of the University of Padua organizes “The Sustainability Days 2020”. The main current topics in the wine sector will be discussed in several days focused on the following aspects: Regulatory and technical innovations for sustainability in viticulture (February 5), The contribution of biological control for a sustainable defense in viticulture (February 6), Hilly viticulture and prevention of hydrogeological risk (February 6), Sustainability … beyond the cellar – Virtuous examples of circular economy in the wine production chain (February 7).
